Whole School · for ABA agencies
Every RBT's 12 PDUs. Chosen for them, not for everyone.
Give your team the full Applied School House RBT catalog. Assign the courses each technician actually needs, see who's finished, and let us handle the BACB paperwork.
The official BACB “RBT Professional Development: ACE Event” form for every completed course.

Built by an agency owner
I have the same RBT PDU requirement you do. I built this for my own staff first.
I'm Dr. Angela Hess, BCBA-D, LBA. I own an in-home ABA agency in Maryland, so I know what it costs to pull a BCBA off billable hours to write and deliver twelve hours of PD, then track who attended and file the forms.
Whole School is what I wanted for my own team: courses matched to each RBT's development needs, completion I can see at a glance, and documentation I never have to chase.
Why agencies choose Whole School
The full catalog, not a fixed bundle.
Choose, don't settle
Pick 12 of 32 courses for each RBT. Your early intervention staff and your teen caseload don't need the same training.
Train the gap you see
Spot a data collection or prompting problem in supervision? Assign the course that covers it the same week.
Progress at a glance
Your team dashboard shows each RBT's assigned courses and what they've finished.
Seats that survive turnover
On an invoiced team, a seat belongs to the position, not the person. When an RBT leaves, we move their seat to your next hire. No buying again.
Paperwork handled
We monitor participation and issue each RBT's BACB ACE Event form, usually within 48 hours of completion.
Try it before you buy
A supervisor can take one full course free, knowledge check included, and see exactly what your RBTs get. Request a sample seat.
Team pricing
One price per RBT. The more RBTs, the lower it goes.
Every seat includes the full RBT catalog and a year of access. Buy seats at checkout in a few minutes, or set your team up by invoice and seats move to your next hire when an RBT leaves. Five-seat minimum.
What in-house PD really costs
Run your own numbers.
Both sides cover one full two-year PDU cycle. The defaults describe an example in-home agency with 20 RBTs. Change them to match yours. In-service PD has to happen on company time, so RBT pay counts.
In-house, one 12-PDU cycle
Plus – BCBA hours off the schedule.
Whole School, same two-year cycle
RBTs complete courses on their own time. You decide whether to pay for that time.
An estimate, not a quote. Development time for training content varies a lot; use what's realistic for your BCBAs.
How it works
Live in an afternoon.
Get your seats
One seat per RBT. Add more anytime as you hire.
Assign courses
Supervisors assign courses and follow each RBT's progress from the team dashboard.
RBTs get their forms
Each completed course earns its PDU, documented on the BACB's ACE Event form.
Try a course before you buy.
We'll set up a free seat so a supervisor can take one full course, knowledge check included, and see exactly what your RBTs receive.
Questions agencies ask
Do these count toward RBT recertification?
Yes. They are RBT professional development events from a BACB Authorized Continuing Education Provider, documented on the BACB's “RBT Professional Development: ACE Event” form. They earn PDUs for RBTs. They don't earn CEUs for BCBAs or BCaBAs.
Can different RBTs take different courses?
That's the point of Whole School. Every seat opens the full catalog, and you assign what fits each person.
What happens when an RBT leaves?
On an invoiced team, their seat moves to your next hire for the rest of your year. Seats bought at checkout belong to the RBT who claimed them. Either way, any PDUs the departing RBT already earned are theirs to keep, along with their BACB forms.
Do RBTs have to complete these on work time?
No. ACE events can be completed on the RBT's own time. Many agencies choose to pay for that time anyway; it's your call.
How is this different from in-service training?
In-service PD is delivered by your own BCaBA, BCBA or BCBA-D on company time, and your agency documents it. With Whole School, Applied School House is the provider and handles the documentation. See the full comparison.
Who teaches the courses?
Dr. Angela Hess, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA, an ABA agency owner with more than 20 years of experience training behavior technicians and supervising BCBA candidates.
What if our own BCBA wants to teach the material?
We also license the curriculum for in-service training, where your BCaBA, BCBA or BCBA-D delivers it on company time and your agency documents it. Ask us about licensing.
We have more than 50 RBTs, or need to pay by invoice.
Email us and we'll set it up.
